Dr. Dakota Malzewski, DC
Chiropractor
While attending Palmer, Dr. Dakota was active in the Sigma Phi Chi sorority and interned for Dr. Mitch Mally where she learned and taught specific extremity adjusting, completed a 2-week internship program at a local low-income health care clinic, and spent her final year teaching students as the president of Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT®) Club. She has completed a number of advanced post-graduate trainings in the pediatric and perinatal populations, which includes a Webster certification through the ICPA. She is currently working toward the CCAP certification through the ICPA.
Additionally, she holds a seat on the board of directors for SORSI, which is a chiropractic organization that teaches SOT® (Sacro-occipital Technic).
Dr. Dakota strongly believes that every person is unique, and must be treated as such, so she blends tools from many chiropractic techniques to tailor her care for each patient. Her techniques include: SOT®, Thompson Drop, Applied Kinesiology, Diversified, Activator Methods, Gonstead, Webster, and other gentle techniques specific to the pediatric and perinatal populations. Dr. Dakota has dedicated her life to studying the body and the intricate ways it is connected. She’s passionate about addressing the whole body, to include organ and cranial function, and she looks forward to working with you to resolve your physical issues and return to full health.
Dr. Leah Marsh, DC
Chiropractor
Dr. Leah Marsh is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where she received comprehensive training in spinal and extremity adjusting techniques, soft tissue therapies, rehabilitative exercises, and patient-centered care. Dr. Leah is a native of South Dakota and earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Dakota State University in Madison, SD.
With a strong passion for natural, holistic healing, Dr. Leah is dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. During her time at Palmer, she was a teaching assistant in the Clinical Diagnosis and Adjusting departments. She also received clinical training in the Palmer Rehab department where she built a foundation of movement-based care with an emphasis on supporting active lifestyles at all ages. She believes in tailoring every treatment to the individual, combining evidence-based chiropractic care with movement, education and lifestyle guidance to empower patients on their wellness journey. Dr. Leah is trained in Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead and Activator techniques.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Leah enjoys spending time with family and friends, being out in nature, staying active, running and checking out local farmer’s markets.

With over 20 years of experience in massage therapy and physical therapy support, plus 10 years as an esthetician, I have dedicated my career to helping others feel their best. As a chiropractic assistant at The Chiropractic Advantage, I love supporting patients throughout their healing journey and helping create an experience that feels welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely caring. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy gardening, creating outdoor spaces, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of every season outdoors.

Caring for others is truly Pam’s passion. Having grown up near the small town of Almond, Wisconsin, she brings a strong sense of compassion and community to everything she does. With a background in both education and healthcare, she loves supporting patients and finds great joy in watching them grow stronger and move toward lasting wellness at The Chiropractic Advantage.

Sue grew up on a farm near Fremont, WI, and spent 35 years living in Weyauwega. She brings a wide range of experience from her years at K-Mart and co-managing her family’s bar and grill. In her current role, Sue enjoys reconnecting with familiar faces and helping patients by answering questions about chiropractic care and insurance. Outside of work, she runs her own small business making natural products, loves cooking, and treasures time with her family. Sue is passionate about getting to know patients and supporting them on their journey to better health.
